Service Description

Join us Thursday April 20 for a drop in Stroller fit class at Sherwood Forest Park. We meet on the Burloak side of this park ( note: not the Appleby side). Time:9:30am-10:30am Please bring one dumbbell to class between 5-10lbs for upper body exercises. $22 Drop in.
