Join me Thursday February 8 for a MNO at Power Yoga Canada Burlington. Time: 8:45pm- 10:00pm ( Doors open 8:45pm) All you need is your Yoga Mat + WATER. Come sweat, socialize, plus get pampered. Its Love month and we are going to focus on SELF LOVE. The best part, you get vino post class. $35
