Service Description

Join me Tuesdays 9:30am at Tannery Park Oakville. We meet at the bottom of the hill. This is an all levels class. Kat will work with you no matter your fitness level and post natal healing. 4 Week Series September 12, 19,26 + October 3. 9:30am-10:30am $99+ tax for the series or $25 drop in. Please bring one weight to class between 5-10lbs.
