My name is Kat and I’m a leader and advocate in fitness with a wholistic approach towards
achieving your personal best. I Coach my crew through healthy lifestyle changes, develop
Nutrition Plans and keep people accountable with daily workouts and accomplishing their
personal goals. I have over 22 years of experience, with over 25 certifications in Spin, Yoga,
Strength Training, Interval Training and Personal Training. I have been workout choreographer for over 15 years, not one workout is ever the same.
I’m a retired hockey player who played University level in the NCAA Division 1 and I have an
MBA in Business. I left the Finance world to peruse my passion in fitness and I have never
looked back. I’m recognized in both US and Canada as an Ambassador for both Lululemon and Carbon38.
